For over twenty-five years, I have been providing award-winning instruction and mentoring (within the broader community, secondary schools, and at university) and am a published writer/ editor/ researcher (literary, academic, educational). I have had experience in a number of cross-cultural settings, including working overseas in Turkey and with First Nations communities in Canada. As well, I have vast experience in curriculum design, creation, and delivery at the secondary and post-secondary levels. Currently, I am Adjunct Professor in Secondary Education at the University of Alberta.

Edrea Cox

Throughout twenty years of work experience, Edrea has become a business generalist delving most deeply into the adult learning and communications fields. She has also held positions in Human Resources, Accounting, Customer Services, and Call Centre operations with duties ranging from administrative to managerial, in unionized and non-unionized environments. As such, Edrea�s perspectives allow her a well rounded world view whenever approaching a new project.

As an L&D Practitioner, she developed and delivered learning programs for diverse client groups. As an educational leader, she oversaw the development of a comprehensive, multi-tiered, competency-based learning program for a business unit in excess of 350 people with diverse competencies; while continuously managing the new hire and project learning requirements ongoing in the business unit. She also ensured new and cyclical compliance learning requirements were met (e.g., Code of Conduct regulation for Alberta Utilities, Privacy and Canadian Sarbanes Oxley or CSox). She managed the implementation of learning initiatives derived from small to large information technology implementations and process improvement initiatives; both of which required her to utilize aspects of change management to assist people in moving through business changes smoothly.

Edrea�s experience in the communications field includes the creation of internal communications and documentation processes that allowed people to receive �just in time� information. Edrea also formulated messaging for a variety of external communications pieces and as a result acquired corporate reputation management and public relations insights.

Edrea is a strong facilitator with experience in developing over eleven DACUM (Developing A Curriculum) profiles used in the development of learning programs.

Edrea augments her experience through on-going studies of Adult Education through the Universities of Alberta and Victoria, Faculties of Extension.

Aman Chaudhry, independent consultant registered with Corporate Registry in Vancouver Canada, previously enjoyed a successful career in education, international development and consulting. He has education and training experience from Pakistan, Japan, Canada and UK.
Aman Chaudhry has extensive international professional experience that includes extensive experience in designing, planning, implementing and managing complex projects with a diverse set of team members and skill sets. He has extensive experience in project planning, monitoring and evaluation. He has record of peer reviewed publications and reports in a variety of areas related to development. He represented the Chad Basin Authority, in the Board of Directors of Maidugri Flour Mill Nigeria.
Aman Chaudhry developed a teaching program at the undergraduate and graduate levels in various courses in Pakistan. He designed and conducted training program for technical education in Nigeria. He authored training manual for workers in Pakistan. He represented Pakistan in the Use of Economic Instruments for Environmental and Natural Resource Management in Asia � Training of trainers sponsored by United Nations Environmental Programme held at New Delhi India. He submitted a country report related to environment in this workshop. He completed the environmental management survey and contributed to the development of the environmental management national occupational standards for BEAHR (Building Environmental Aboriginal Human Resources) in Canada.

Mr. Rawlins has over 30 years of experience in the offshore and land oil and gas industry. He has instructed and developed crews in Asia, Africa, North America and the Latin Americas, Europe and the Middle East. Jim has developed competency and training programs for various domestic and international positions and has designed and built field level training centres in Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Canada. Mr. Rawlins has also designed numerous heavy duty equipment simulators, training aids, course curriculums, training manuals, orientation training, and advanced development for supervisors. With over 20 years of land and offshore experience in the oil industry, Mr. Oakford has designed training programs, developed lesson plans, assisted in curriculum development, coordinated training sessions, and has been a subject matter expert on industry competency systems. Awarded with both the �MVP� and �Coaches� awards, Derrick has instructed, coached and mentored variety of crews in cross functional field levels to become successful.
