With over 20 years of land and offshore experience in the oil industry, Mr. Oakford has designed training programs, developed lesson plans, assisted in curriculum development, coordinated training sessions, and has been a subject matter expert on industry competency systems. Awarded with both the �MVP� and �Coaches� awards, Derrick has instructed, coached and mentored variety of crews in cross functional field levels to become successful. Derrick is recognized for his ability to develop instructional relationships with the students, enabling them to retain training content through highly interactive and visual instructional methods.
