I am an experienced Leadership and Project Management Facilitator / Trainer with expertise in healthcare, financial, energy and manufacturing industries. Some of my past accomplishments are development and rollout of a Project Management Methodology including training and development of over 10,000 associates. My passion is developing individuals and organizations to the achieve success with projects and engagements including complex and troubled projects, while expanding one�s horizons to opportunities that are thought unimaginable.

Bryan Green

Dr. Green has an extensive background in traditional, distance and on-line learning instructional practices. His specialty is in the design and development of instructional trans-media, on-line curriculum and distributive delivery methodologies for distance education. He is grounded in instructional design theory and has been involved with all levels of curriculum and instruction ranging from K through 12, post-secondary, and University environments. Bryan has gained his expertise through experience as an independent on-line learning consultant with both the Universities of Calgary and British Columbia�s distance education initiatives, the Government of Alberta�s Distance Education initiative through involvement with the Tele-Learning Centers of Excellence (TLNCE), and through direct involvement with the Safety Coordination Services e-Learning initiative.

Bryan has been involved in curriculum design, development and implementation of traditional and on-line instructional courseware for the various initiatives, and has worked collaboratively with a variety of industry partners. His activities have given him a unique perspective on the future of curriculum development and distance education as it applies to the world market and his experience in dealing with a variety of educational systems has positioned him to become a world leader in the field of curriculum development and distance learning.

Gary Gora

Gary Gora has an MBA in Educational Management as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. He provides expertise in the areas of client support and curriculum development to both national and international clients. Gary has spent more than 20 years of his career in management and training, 10 years of which were spent in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). He is certified in all of the Franklin Covey leadership training series.

Gary has established a track record of proven partnerships with major commercial, government, and military organizations. He is a respected consultant, curriculum developer and trainer by all levels of management. He has a broad understanding of training and professional development issues, which when combined with his extensive business acumen, makes for a very valuable asset to any leadership team. His personal motivation springs from the sincere belief that every worker, from CEO to entry-level can make a uniquely valuable contribution to his or her organization.

Terry Drabiuk

Mr. Drabiuk earned his BA/Business Administration & Commerce in 2000 and his Computer Science Diploma in 1987. Mr. Drabiuk has travelled or worked in over 50 countries. He has managed over 300 projects in over 20 countries simultaneously. He has extensive project management experience leading multimillion dollar projects, and experience in acquisitions, mergers and divestitures. He has assisted corporations and governments in building technical training centres to support national capacity building initiatives. He specializes in leading project teams and motivating individuals to succeed.

Karen

Karen Cumming is a veteran communications professional and former TV reporter with Canwest Global in Canada. She has nearly 20 years of national media experience (both broadcast and print), and is also a certified teacher with years of solid facilitation experience. Her international work includes teaching in Qingdao, China, and volunteering in Calcutta, India with Mother Teresa’s Missionaries of Charity, as well as with healthcare professionals in Central America. She has reported for TV, written and produced television newscasts and talk shows, reported, anchored and produced for radio, and has written for such national magazines as More, Oxygen, MoneySense, and Costco Connection. Her career in the media has helped her to develop a wealth of presentation skills so vital to the training field.
She also points to her experience as a successful financial consultant with Investors Group as a critical piece of the puzzle. Building her practice, she brought 1.2 million dollars in new business into the company in less than one year. As a result, she posseses a clear understanding of the importance of professional training in the corporate world.

Sebastian Max Ceron

I have been in the steel trades for over 25 years. During that time I have worked in aerospace, mining, fabrication, energy, manufacturing and even niche markets such as film and television fabrication.

Dual Ticketed in both Red seal Welding and Fabrication I have also attained the business credentials in Blue Seal trades certification. LEAN (5S) Certified, TOWES Test administrator Certified, and OH&S Level 2 Certified.

Currently teaching in the Mining, Energy and Manufacturing division of a Post Secondary institution in Canada I still operate my private Welding, Fabrication and Consulting Business.

I also hold a Chair position for the Canadian Welding Association and am currently also contracted to write rubrics and curriculum for the Canadian Welding Bureau.
