As Ken Blanchard states, “In the past a leader was a boss. Today’s leaders must be partners with their people…they no longer can lead solely based on positional power. ” The role of a leader is not bestowed on you through a formal title, but it is through the courageous expression of your gifts in your everyday interactions. Her style while compassionate is direct and focused on truth telling for the sake of growth and development.

I believe and know that coaching can be a powerful tool for reaching new heights. It is often the only time a person has to focus on their needs and wants, working intimately with a coach to achieve their deepest desires and goals. Coaching shifts perception and allows for creativity, courage and breakthroughs in all areas of their life.
