Jim has developed competency and training programs for various domestic and international positions and has designed and built field level training centres in Oman, Mexico, Egypt, Indonesia, and Canada. Mr. Rawlins has also designed numerous heavy duty equipment simulators, training aids, course curriculums, training manuals, orientation training, and advanced development for supervisors.
